Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount will be applied to your final service balance. No appointment will be confirmed without a deposit.

Late Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; however, arriving later may result in a cancellation or need for reschedule, with  your deposit forfeited.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of your deposit. if you reschedule within a 24-hour window, a new deposit will be required.

No-Show Policy: if you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and you may be required to pay a no-show fee before booking future appointments.

Refunds: Raw Minks does not offer refunds on any services, products, or deposits. All sales are final.

Service Adjustments: If you are unsatisfied with your service, please give notice before leaving your appointment or within 24-hours. Adjustments are subject to approval and are only available for the original service performed.

Health & Safety: For the safety of your lash technician and other clients, please do not attend your appointment if you are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms of illness. Please notify us as soon as possible, and we will reschedule your appointment without penalty.
